We do kindly ask that you respect our time and make your appointment count. If you need to adjust or cancel we politely ask that you allow us 24 hours prior if possible! Time is precious, and no-shows without a heads-up just won't do. We understand life can throw curveballs and sometimes you find 'the one' before stepping foot in our store, and that's totally cool!
